This refund policy sets out how this Wolf Peak (hereafter "we") will handle and process and refund requests made by a customer (hereafter "you"). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can cancel your order anytime before we deliver it for a full refund.
Simple as that!
If you have changed your mind we will accept your request to return all non-frozen goods as long as the items are:
- in a resellable condition.
If the goods are damaged or spoilt we will happily offer you a full replacement of the damaged goods. We will require you to provide us evidence of the damage. This still remains within the 30 day policy.
We cannot accept the return of frozen goods as we cannot guarantee the quality or freshness once it has left us and therefore cannot offer you a refund on these items if you have changed your mind after delivery.
Damaged in Transit
If goods have been damaged or spoilt in transit to you you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide evidence of the damage to us. We will then look to either replace or refund you for the damaged items.
We cannot accept return of any product that has defrosted due to risk of contamination, we would ask that you dispose of it appropriately once evidence has been provided.
Use of Royal Mail
For low value items ordered on their own we may use Royal Mail to ship these to you. We provide only proof of purchase for this shipments and they are sent on a goodwill.
If you need to return items to us we ask that you use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item without it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
